You agree not to use StarWhisper to record, share, or distribute content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, or harmful. Content shared through the social firefly layer is moderated for safety.
You own your whispers. We don't claim any rights to your encrypted audio recordings. We can't access them anyway.
Deep Vault subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
Content shared through the social layer (fireflies, whisper-backs) is subject to automated moderation including toxicity filtering, crisis detection, and NER stripping. Users with 3+ reports are automatically banned.
StarWhisper is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or your local crisis hotline.
StarWhisper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AAAI Studio LLC is not liable for lost recordings, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of the app.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with standard arbitration procedures.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StarWhisper after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
